No this is a ticketed event and we are expecting it to sell out very quickly so don't miss out!
Do you have any Wheel chair accessible seats available?
We have some wheelchair seats available, these cannot be booked online please email hello@ALBfestival.co.uk (subject to availability)
cAN i GIVE THE GIFTED TICKET TO SOMEONE i KNOW?
If you wish to buy a ticket for someone you know then choose one of the Adult or Child tickets and it will allow you to choose the seat. If you purchase a Gift a Seat ticket you will not be emailed a ticket it will be passed to the Anti Loo Roll Brigade who are distributing tickets
i'VE GOT MY RECEIPT BUT MY TICKETS HAVEN'T ARRIVED
Tickets are emailed out 14 days before the event. If you are purchasing with less than 14 days then your tickets will arrive within 24 hours of purchase.
Do I need to print my tickets out ?
No you can show your tickets on a mobile device we need to scan each barcode.
My child is appearing with some of the performers can i watch without a ticket?
No you will need to buy a ticket and take a seat in the audience.
I am buying a Gift a Seat ticket but its not letting me choose a seat for them.
The Gift a seat option does not allow you to allocate a seat as we are giving tickets to families we will allocate seats so that families and friends can sit together
I've bought a ticket but not had a confirmation or receipt

what time do the doors open?
Doors open 60 minutes before the performance starts
